Planting of Rebar - The Basics

Rebar is the core construction material used in any concrete or masonry structure. It has great tensile strength, excellent for any structure and a sound foundation. In most cases repair is used for support of the roof beams of buildings. The construction of rebar depends on the type of structure to be supported, the size of the opening, and the position of the anchor and the position of the end of the run. For example, if the opening is small it will support a single anchor point, but a larger opening will support several anchors before the core material is applied.

Rebar should be placed on top of a sturdy metal plate that extends above ground in most cases. The metal plate should be anchored to the concrete, or wood foundation, using a steel anchor bolt. The bolts are normally made of galvanized steel, which is highly resistant to corrosion. After the plates have been placed the rebar anchor heads should be fitted onto these steel bolts.

When the bar is properly installed the holes for the anchor bolts should be ground into the ground around the opening. This process will require advance preparation of the area to allow for the expansion and contraction of the concrete during the growing season. Care should also be taken to mark the locations of the anchor bolts to avoid over-stretching the year as it expands. The final step in the planting of year involves fastening the bar into place with steel anchor bolts.

To prepare the area for installation of the main concrete load a layer of crushed stone should be applied to the bottom area. This will reduce the weight carried by the concrete as it sets. A sludge layer can then be applied above the stone and over the anchor bolts to further insulate the concrete from outside temperature changes. Once this has been applied the soil can be cleared and a dirt road can be built up from the back of the stone slabs. This will allow the concrete to set against the bar with less resistance.

The most important part of کاشت میلگرد  is the timing of the sowing and re-sowing procedures. Re-sowing anchor bolts after the initial planting will help strengthen the concrete foundation as well as assist in stabilizing the building when the soil conditions are right. Sowing seedlings too early can weaken the base material and force the wrong direction of growth. The ideal time for sowing seedlings is between one and two weeks prior to the rainy season in your region.

For best results the best quality seed mixes should be used when sowing the seedlings. These mixes should be slow releasing and contain nutrients that are especially suitable for seedlings. The weather conditions should be just right for the sowing. Moisture and warmth are prime considerations when planting. Finally, before the actual sowing it is a good idea to check the condition of the rebar using an anchor bolt.
